These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of safarispray.com (the "Site") and the lawn care and pest control services ("Services") provided by Safari Lawn Care LLC ("Safari Lawn Care," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, requesting a quote, or accepting our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

Our Services

Safari Lawn Care provides lawn care and pest control services — including weed prevention, mosquito control, flea and tick treatment, and tree and shrub care — to residential and commercial properties in the Greater Memphis area. Treatments use EPA-registered products applied by applicators licensed or certified as required by Tennessee law, in accordance with product labels and applicable regulations.

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide and on typical property conditions. They are not binding until we confirm your service and pricing. Final pricing may vary with lot size, property conditions, and the services selected. We will confirm pricing before beginning recurring service.

Scheduling, Property Access, and Weather

By scheduling Services, you authorize our technicians to enter your property to perform the agreed work. You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access. Service timing is approximate and may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather, seasonal conditions, or other factors outside our control; treatments are most effective when applied under suitable conditions, and we may adjust timing accordingly.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact and property information.
  • Secure pets and inform us of children's play areas before treatment, and observe any re-entry interval we communicate (typically until treated areas are dry).
  • Mark or disclose irrigation heads, invisible pet fences, septic components, gardens, and other items that could be affected by treatment.
  • Maintain reasonable property conditions (e.g., mowing, access) so we can perform the Services effectively.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a visit by contacting us in advance using the details below. Recurring programs continue until you cancel. We may decline or discontinue Service where a property is unsafe, inaccessible, or where conditions prevent effective or responsible treatment.

Payment

Payment is due as stated on your invoice or service agreement. We accept the payment methods identified at the time of service. Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of Services and may be subject to applicable fees or collection as permitted by law.

Results and Disclaimers

Lawn and pest outcomes depend on many factors we do not control — including weather, soil, watering, mowing practices, pest pressure, and pre-existing conditions. We perform our Services with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific results unless expressly stated in a written service agreement. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, THE SITE AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, AND WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY MADE IN WRITING, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safari Lawn Care and its owners and employees will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Site or the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Safari Lawn Care from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or inaccurate information or unsafe conditions you provide or fail to disclose.

Website Use

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
