What Moves Your Price Inside the Range
Five Things That Push Cost Up or Down
- Treated square footage. Quarter-acre lots sit at the low end. Half-acre to full acre moves up within the range. Over an acre gets custom-quoted.
- Fence-line length and landscape complexity. Mosquito and flea/tick work is priced by the perimeter and understory, not just lawn area. A deeply landscaped property takes longer than an open yard of the same size.
- Wooded buffer or water feature exposure. Properties backing to the Wolf River, Shelby Farms, or Nonconnah Creek corridors almost always need more aggressive mosquito treatment and often In2Care stations.
- Bundling. Customers who pair weed prevention with mosquito or flea/tick get a small combined-visit discount — we save the drive time, you save the dollars.
- Pre-paid annual vs per-visit. We don't push pre-pay aggressively, but annual pre-pay typically saves 5–10% compared to per-treatment billing.
